(Dollar A Day Scholarship Program)

The Crossing Educational Center is a faith-based alternative school for grades 9-12 for students who have faced multiple barriers in life. The single most influential factor in the lives of our students is that they were raised without a DAD. 71% of all dropouts have come from homes without DADS. 85% of all youths in prison come from homes without DADS.

$1 per day ($365 dollars per year) can support our Dollar A Day (D.A.D.) program that may have a lifetime impact on a student in your community. Would you consider sponsoring a child enrolled in your community Crossing? You will be assisting a student by paying a small portion of his/her yearly tuition in an accredited educational program that will ultimately equip him/her with a high school diploma and a beginning to his/her post-secondary career plan.

As a supporter of the D.A.D. program, you will be assigned a particular student who will give you written updates on his/her progress in life. You will also be provided with a wallet-sized picture which includes his/her contact information and life story.
